You may call and request an individual stylist, or we are more than happy to book you with any of our available stylists. Walk-ins are also accepted based on stylist availability, but an appointment is strongly encouraged. An appointment may be scheduled by calling 940-566-1999.

Salon Policy
Captiva does NOT offer refunds. We are happy to offer CREDITS to use with either the initial service provider or another, should you wish to see someone else. We want to encourage anyone that is dissatisfied with a service to please allow us the opportunity to correct it in the salon. We want everyone to have a wonderful experience with us and leave happy.
In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied, we require notice within 72 hours after your initial appointment to correct the mistake at no additional cost. Any notice PAST the 72 hour time frame will be the financial obligation of the client.
We understand that there may be an instance where you are not 100% satisfied with your service even though we strive to meet your needs the first time, every time.

Deposit Requirement for New Clients
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we appreciate advanced notice. For cancellations with more than 24 hour’s notice, your deposit is transferrable to your next appointment at the time of cancellation or able to be refunded for a processing fee.
To cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice you must contact us by phone at 940-566-1999. In such cases, for an established client, a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee will be applied to your file to book and will be required to reschedule or book your next appointment. This fee will be applied as a credit to your appointment.
For new clients, the non-refundable $100 deposit made at the time of booking will go toward your service provider and an additional deposit of non-refundable $100 will be required to make your next appointment. That deposit will be applied as a credit to your next appointment and will only be used in the instance of an additional no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice.
All deposits will be removed from our system 1 year after purchase if not used or refunded.
For repeat last minute cancellations for existing clients, a deposit may be required on a case by case basis.
We value your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all our clients. These policies enable us to allocate our resources effectively and to accommodate as many clients as possible while protecting our service provider’s time.

If booking online, our receptionist will call you to collect this from 940-566-1999. The deposit will be applied as a credit toward the total cost of your appointment and will only be taken in the case of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. Failure to make this deposit in less than 24 hours from booking online will result in the forfeiture of your appointment. Appointments will not be booked over the phone or in person without a deposit being made.
