You may call and request an individual stylist, or we are more than happy to book you with one of our available stylists. Walk-ins are also accepted based on stylist availability, but an appointment is strongly encouraged. An appointment may be scheduled by calling 940-566-1999.

Salon Policy
Captiva does NOT offer refunds. We are happy to offer CREDITS to use with either the initial service provider or another, should you wish to see someone else. We want to encourage anyone that is dissatisfied with a service to please allow us the opportunity to correct it in the salon. We want everyone to have a wonderful experience with us and leave happy.
In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied, we require notice within 72 hours after your initial appointment to correct the mistake at no additional cost. Any notice PAST the 72 hour time frame will be the financial obligation of the client.
We understand that there may be an instance where you are not 100% satisfied with your service even though we strive to meet your needs the first time, every time.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us at Captiva. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that space, and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive services. In addition, our stylists work on a schedule where each appointment is allotted the perfect amount of time. In the instance that you run 10 or more minutes late to your designated appointment time, we may have to adjust the appointment or reschedule to ensure the fluidity of the rest of the day. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text message or phone call because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago.
Any repeat NO SHOWS, Cancellations, or Late Arrivals (10 or more minutes) will forfeit the ability to reserve future appointments and will only be allowed to be a walk-in appointment and receive what is available at that time.

Deposit Policy
Large services that are booked for 2 or more hours will be subject to this policy and will require a deposit to reserve the time. The deposit will be either 50% of the total cost of services OR $100 in order to book. In the event you should need to reschedule after leaving a deposit, you may apply your deposit to a future appointment OR if needed, we can refund your deposit for a $12 credit card service fee.
