A La Carte Services
Men's Grooming $20/person
Have the special men in your life pampered with a professional style on your big day. Includes a dry style with professional products. If needed, your stylist can trim the neck around the hairline to polish the look. No full haircuts or clippers will be used.
Flower Girl $46
Under 10 years old. Includes special event style, professional products, and bobby pins or elastics if needed.
Hair Accessories (pricing TBD)
Special Occasion Styling $95
Includes special event style, professional products, and bobby pins or elastics if needed.
Bridal Prep/Blowout for the day before the wedding $52
Get your hair ready for your big day! Come in to the salon and have your hair washed, blow dried, and styled with professional products. Less work for you and your stylist the next day. It also means your hair is done for the rehearsal dinner!
Additional Time $60/hr
Extra time outside of alotted 5 hours
Bride can receive 10% off hair extension installation if extensions are desired/required for bridal look. This is a separate service from the bridal packages/services and will take place before the wedding/wedding day.
Minimum of 4 updo/styles for on location
Must sign Policies and Deposit form
Non-refundable deposit due to book services
$100 non-refundable on location fee PER STYLIST
(if outside of the 15 mile radius, on location fee is $150 per stylist)

We look forward to assisting you through your special event.
Please read through our Wedding and Special Event Policies for deposit, payment, and cancellation information so that we can ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible during this exciting time for you!
DEPOSITS: When you are ready to book all of your services for your wedding and/or event group, half of the grand total for ALL services to be scheduled will be due at the time of booking. We will not reserve any dates/times until this non-refundable deposit is made.
*We know that sometimes additional family or friends may want services the day of your event. Our stylists priorities are the booked & paid for party. If there is any time left at the end of the scheduled services that day, it will be at the stylists discretion whether or not they can add on additional services.
Any services outside of the original booking (DAY OF) is an additional cost and must be paid in cash. If the form of payment cannot be rendered before the time of service, the stylist will not complete additional services*
PAYMENT: We accept credit cards and cash in salon to book your services
*The remainder of the grand total for all special event services is due 2 WEEKS prior to your event.
If the final payment is not received at that time, your bookings will be cancelled and the deposit placed will be forfeited*
Cancellations: We do understand that sometimes things change. If, for any reason, you need to cancel or alter your reserved services, please let us know no less than 72 hours before your event
*If you need to cancel your entire event booking, you must do so at least 2 weeks before your event date. The non-refundable deposit will be kept.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your event date, your entire payment including your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.*
Weather and Venue Related Rescheduling: We understand that there are times that situations happen outside of your control. If you have an event booked with Captiva and the event must be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions, or venue related issues, we will discuss how we can move your booked services accordingly. We will require proof from the venue that they have requested a date change.
Please have your hair washed and dried the night before your event. Do not come with wet OR extremely dirty hair. The stylist will not have the tools necessary to combat these situations.
